Delivery, pickup and returns

How your order reaches you

Delivery is done two ways: within Lagos and to other states, and the two are priced separately. The fee and timeline for your address show at checkout, so you see the number before you pay. Pickup at the shop costs you nothing extra, and payment is by card on this site or as we agree on WhatsApp.

• Within LagosLagos orders are delivered to the address you give at checkout, with the fee and expected timeline confirmed before you pay.
• NationwideFor other states we use a courier. Send your town and full address on WhatsApp and we will come back with the cost and timeline.
• Pickup at the shopChoose pickup, pay, then come to the shop with your order number. No delivery fee, and the address is on our contact page.

Returns and exchanges

If a piece is not right, message us on WhatsApp before you send anything back so we can tell you the steps and where it goes. Keep it unworn, in its packaging, with the receipt where you have one. We will confirm the return window and any exchange terms for your order in that chat, in plain words.

Delivery questions

• Do you deliver outside Lagos?Yes. Other states go by courier. Send your town and full address on WhatsApp and we will confirm the cost and how long it takes.
• Can I collect my order myself?Yes — choose pickup at checkout and come to the shop with your order number. We do not charge a delivery fee for pickup.
• What if my order arrives damaged?Message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo and keep the packaging. We will look at it with you and agree what happens next.
